At Revive Wellness, the safety and well-being of our guests, associates, and community are of the utmost importance to us. We have been closely monitoring all COVID-19 updates and adhering to guidelines set by the CDC, WHO and NCDHHS.

We understand that all services within the our industry carry some risk in this viral environment due to the nature of the services provided and the inability to maintain social distancing. With that said, licensed professionals have been trained to mitigate these risks significantly through the use of proper infection control standards.
Face coverings that properly cover your mouth and nose are required to be worn by both guests and staff at all times. This includes during all services and treatments, including massage therapy.
If you are feeling ill, have been exposed, received a positive test result or unable to meet the face covering requirement, we invite you to contact us to reschedule your session for a later time.
Stringent disinfection procedures are in place to be followed between every client. Please rest assured that this happens under normal circumstances, but we are taking additional safety measures. All disinfectants used are Hospital Grade and EPA registered. Additional time between client appointments is being taken to guarantee proper disinfection of implements, work stations, and treatment rooms.
We have taken the appropriate steps to limit the number of clients and staff in the building at one time. Appointments will be staggered with other technicians and more time will be scheduled between each individual session to allow for proper disinfection and ventilation between guests.
As a guest, you must wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival. Staff will be disinfecting hands prior to service, at the completion of service and more frequently throughout the day.
